Sales policy

1- General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Prenves Plastics SLU, with C.I.F. Number B97296404 hereinafter Prenves, intended for natural persons.

Any order placed with Prenves necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Prenves in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application by Prenves. The fact that Prenves does not resort to any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to giving up resorting to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.

2- Prices:

The prices published on Prenves are in Euros and are current except for typographical errors. All prices are VAT NOT INCLUDED, which will be applied once the order is placed in the “shopping cart”, the price in force on the day the order is placed being applicable. Any change in the VAT rate, or any other taxes that may be applicable, will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on Prenves.

Offers on products for sale on Prenves will be shown in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product sheet and, if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3- Product:

The offers presented by Prenves are valid within the limit of available stocks. Prenves reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the Prenves seller in any way.

4- Shipping:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in Prenves.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

However, its delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

5- Return and cancellation policies

5-1 Return of merchandise:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Prenves within 7 days from the date of receipt.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at Prenves, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, will be accepted without further ado.

Within a maximum period of 30 days of receiving the return, Prenves undertakes to refund it.

Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Prenves will bear the costs of the return and new shipping. If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.

5-2 Order cancellation:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise is shipped, the customer will not have any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
